Up and at 'em today. I've got a busy day ahead so it was up at 5.30 to get out by 6am. Thank you @natashafarid for the company on our little jaunt around Cardiff. Definitely feeling set up for the day now!
Totally non running post. But we had an away afternoon in work at the @glamcricket grounds I was treated to this view for the afternoon.
5k with my strength training incorporated this morning. That's the joy of body weight strength training. So it was step ups and squats by the park, press ups by the stream and dips by the rose gardens. Core at home though as it was really wet on the grass.
Lovely impromptu 10k with @amyearlam this morning. Blimey it's humid out, Cardiff was looking beautiful though.
