For those of you who follow me on social media you may have seen that I’m 26 days into 100 days of happiness.
My friend started doing it again and I thought it was an amazing way of finding something positive to focus on every day. Even if I’ve had a crappy day I still need to find something positive to think about and because I do mine in the evening it’s always nice to end the day.
It doesn’t have to be anything big, sometimes I find it’s the small things that can lift the day the most, don’t you? That kind comment from someone unexpectedly, your little one coming and telling you they love you just because that’s what popped into their head at that moment, a cup of tea at just the right time.
Other times it’s the big things, the sense of achievement when you’ve done something you didn’t think you could, or when your little one does something for the first time.
